The recently refurbished Creekstone Inn is truly exceptional and beyond compare. The venue is fairly clean, the staff is amiable, and the rooms are a nice size. The breakfast is good, hot, and served with yogurts and pancakes.

Newly remodelled hotel, wonderful staff. Well-maintained rooms with king beds available. Great breakfast with proteins, sausage plus yogurts - well worth the money.

We appreciated the exceptional little hotel. Our room was updated and equipped with a coffee pot and balconies. - the location was marvelous and comfy for traveling around Pigeon Forge, near Gatlinburg and another getaway, yet still felt removed from the crowds.

The staff at Creekstone Inn was fantastic from the moment I arrived until I checked out. The location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and activities, yet still felt peaceful away from the hustle and bustle. It was convenient to have a Shoney's restaurant nearby, just a short 10-15 minute walk from the inn.

I loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the little river and watching the ducks. I liked the layout of the room...I Could put the kids on one side and I had the balcony and other side to myself. My daughter and I stayed there about 15 years ago and the facility is still in great shape.
I didn't really like only the mesh seperating the space on the balcony. I felt a little uncomfortable because you could not really tell if you were "sharing" the space with any one. And the "breakfast" could be just a little better....maybe some muffins instead of just donuts...and maybe more cereal than cornflakes.

The place definitely needs upgrading and we thought the price was a bit high for what we got. But, we loved the location on the creek. Wasps were buzzing the front walkway on the 5th floor. Elevator was extremely slow. Breakfast needs an upgrade from little donuts to something worth eating.
